Founder and lead instructor of the Sacramento Freifechter Regional Director of Region VI (West Coast) of the Meyer Frey Fechter Guild Dedicated to the study of the work's of Joachim Meyer I am a professional educator who is passionate about teaching. My primary focus in HEMA are the works of Joahcim Meyer. I believe that Meyer's works should be read as a system, with elements described in one weapon applying to similar situations with others. While many believe that Meyer is only for Schulefechten with no serious martial intent I disagree. His is a lethal art and its simply a misreading of his works that causes people to not understand what he is trying to teach.
