Sonja Heer, born in 1985, living in Germany
She startet with HEMA in 2009 and is Trainer of Historisches Schwertfechten Nordhessen – Verein für traditionelle europäische Kampfkünste e.V. (Historical Swordfencing of Northhesse – Association of Traditional European Martial Arts). she is president of the German HEMA Federation (Deutscher Dachverband Historischer Fechter – DDHF), which was founded in 2014.
