I am a semi retired pro MMA fighter, who's begun exploring HEMA, as my next martial undertaking. I have apx. 12 years mixed modern empty hand training. I've recently picked up an open, mixed style of modern duelling using HEMA type equipment, and am highly interested in learning about what specifically has worked where and when, historically. I'm here to read and learn. I have nothing yet to contribute, beyond a dedication to study.
