I am the lead instructor of Tamar Valley HEMA. I have many years or experience in weapons based martial arts ans specialize in 15th century Longsword and Shield Wall Combat. Tamar Valley HEMA have ran since 2012 and are made up of a range of individuals from eastern martial arts and re-enactment backgrounds. We run open forum workshops exploring manuals written in the middle-ages and then practically apply our findings in sparring. Look us up on Facebook.
