Sobre la Destreza de las Armas ("On the Skill at Arms", MS E.1939.65.398) is a Spanish fencing manual created by Louis Mendez de Carmona some time around 1640.[citation needed] The original currently rests in the R. L. Scott Collection of the Kelvingrove Museum in Glasgow, United Kingdom. This treatise was published in 1640, so the manuscript was likely prepared in the same time period.
