The Codex I.6.2º.1 is a German fencing manual created by Paulus Hector Mair some time before 1561.[citation needed] The original currently rests in the holdings of the Universitätsbibliothek Augsburg in Augsburg, Germany. It was copied from an earlier fencing manual by Hans Talhoffer, possibly the MS XIX.17-3.
